In the General Chat, ask Wilson to create a shipment
For best results, include pickup & delivery cities, number of pallets, weight, dimensions, and accessorials
Wilson generates a new order in the system and retrieves LTL carrier options
Wilson recommends the most cost-effective option. Confirm or select an alternative
Once confirmed, Wilson books the shipment and updates you in the shipment chat
💡 To make changes to a shipment, just message Wilson in the shipment chat. Ex: Adding a PO number or changing a pickup or delivery date.
📍 Tracking & Notifications
Wilson sends automatic updates to all relevant parties.
Shippers & Consignees: Receive tracking links and status updates via email.
Internal Teams: Email notifications for pickup, delays, and delivery confirmation.
Shipment Chat: All updates are recorded in the shipment chat for reference.
📦 Managing Shipments
View all active, upcoming, and completed shipments in one place.
Shipment Dashboard: Lists all shipments with statuses and key details.
Shipment Chat: Ask Wilson for an update, view order history, or summarize shipment details.
Documents: Rate confirmations, PODs, and customs paperwork are automatically attached.

Locations: Pickup and delivery points are stored for quick quoting and booking.
Accessorials: Can be applied at the location level, (e.g., liftgate, inside delivery) are auto-applied.
